PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling apparatus of water used for washing a device in producing processes in food industry and enzyme industry, or the likes where organic substances are mainly used. SOLUTION: In this recycling method of washing water, primary washing, in which a device to be washed is washed by using finish treating water preserved in a recovery tank while filtering the same, is performed, subsequently secondary washing as finish washing is performed by using fresh water from a fresh water tank, the used fresh water is filtered, thereafter, a bacteriostatic agent or a germicidal agent are mixed to the used fresh water to produce the finish treated water and, in the state that various kinds of devices disposed in a circulating course are subjected to bacteriostatic or germicidal treatment, the finish treated water is received and preserved in the recovery tank. The recycling apparatus is provided with the recovery tank 1, a supply course 18 through which washing water is transported into a washing apparatus 8 by using a washing pump 3, a recovery course 19, a bypass course 20 which connects the supply course 18 to the recovery course 19 without going through the washing apparatus 8 and a supply unit 30 of the bacteriostatic agent or a germicidal agent in a recycling course 21. |
