PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for issuing an invoice of medical instruments at a remote place and controlling the total stock of the medical instruments at the remote place when implanting the medical instruments of an implanting type medical device system in a patient. SOLUTION: This system includes at least one medical instrument to be implanted in a patient 268, and includes a programmer 252 capable of identifying individual medical instruments implanted in the patient. A remote expert data center 254 accessible over a wide area from the programmer is connected to the programmer via an interface. An invoice making module 262 provided in the remote expert data center receives identification information on the individual medical instruments implanted in the patient to make an invoice in which the individual medical instruments are written. A total stock control module 264 renews recording on the total stock of the implanted individual medical instruments. |
