PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete board for a wall, the wall and a method of constructing the wall which provide an excellent attractiveness and easily are constructed. SOLUTION: A bracket metal 3 is installed in a recessed groove 2 provided in one of the but ends of the precast concrete board, and the bracket metal 3 comprises an upper plate 4 having an elongated hole 5 therein and a receiving body 6 of recessed shape in cross-section provided in the lower surface of the upper plate 4. A pull-bolt 11 for the side wall of the recessed groove 2 is screwed into the receiving body 6, and the tip part of a pressing bolt 12 provided in the side wall is allowed to abut thereon.
