PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic opening/closing drive device for opening or closing a stormy weather vent valve in a ship. SOLUTION: This opening/closing drive device comprises a hydraulic reversible actuator opening or closing the stormy weather vent valve, a reciprocating stroke discharge type hand pump, a hydraulic circuit connecting the hand pump to the actuator, and a pressure tank serving as a hydraulic source. Pressure oil is sent in a compressed state from the pressure tank to the pump oil paths provided at a pair of ports of the hand pump.
