PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton structure for a rear body floor using main sills made of a wood plastic capable of being utilized at least as a substitute material for an apitong material and at least having the weight near the apitong material and the strength equal to or higher than its strength. SOLUTION: This skeleton structure for a rear body floor is overlapped and fixed with its lower face to a pair of the right and left chassis frames 2 connected in parallel on the right and left in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, is distributively fitted with a plurality of cross sills 14 on the upper face, and has a pair of the right and left main sills 13. Each main sill 13 is molded with a compound (resin binder) C mixed with a plastic and wood powder.
