SOLUTION: In a massage machine having a pair of left and right arms including finger-pressure elements and a position adjusting means for moving the arms to adjust a finger pressure position, a neck position detection means for detecting the neck position of a person to be treated is provided and the position adjusting means adjusts the finger pressure position on the basis of the detection result of the neck position detection means.
