SOLUTION: In the method for depositing an oxidized film on a metallic member in which the surface of the prescribed part in a metallic member is deposited with an oxidized film, the surface of the above prescribed part is oxidized with a solution of hydrogen peroxide, and the above oxidized film is deposited. Moreover, in the cementing method for cementing a metallic member in which the surface of the prescribed part in a metallic member to be cemented by a cementing material is deposited with an oxidized film, and, after that, via the above cementing material, the above prescribed part and the above part to be fixed are cemented, the surface of the above prescribed part is oxidixed with a solution of hydrogen peroxide to deposited the above oxidized film, and, after that, the above prescribed part and the part to be fixed are cemented via the above cementing material.
