<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove fine sand in sludge water, in a method for reusing ready-mixed concrete sludge. SOLUTION: In method for reusing cement by recovering aggregate from wastewater, which is generated by washing an equipment to which concrete or mortar is adhered, with sludge water containing a coagulation retarder and delaying the hydration of cement, fresh water is injected in the sludge water layer within a fine aggregate recovery equipment to form a fresh water thin layer and a high performance cement water reducing agent or an oxycarboxylic acid coagulation retarder is preferably added to this fresh water.</p> |
