<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magazine sorting system in which automatic magazine separating devices enabling magazine agents to make rapid dealing with and to exactly sort magazines are used in an arbitrary number. SOLUTION: A line is formed by combining mini-conveyor installation bases 6 which are manufactured in units with each other to form one installation base and building the necessary number of the mini-conveyors. Further, a weighing apparatus 4 is built near an outlet as a part of the line in such a manner that the weight of one volume of the magazines passing on the line and the number of the volumes flowing thereon can be monitored. The automatic magazine separating devices 1 with one set in one line are lined up in the necessary number of the lines. If such system is built, the operators necessary for sorting of the magazines as well as the costs and time of equipment installation may be saved. The rapid dealing with the layout change of the equipment after the installation is possible.</p> |
