PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for a wind break and snow guard fence, which is mounted and demounted easily and has an excellent landscape even in a season when the support is not used as a wind break and snow guard fence. SOLUTION: In the support for the wind break and snow fence, the support is constituted of a sheet installing upper support for a wind break and snow guard and a lower support mounted on a road foundation, and the upper support and the lower support are connected rotatably in this case while a mechanism capable of fixing connection between the upper support and the lower support in the case of the installation of a sheet for the wind break and snow guard and a mechanism capable of connecting and joining the upper support between the upper support and an adjacent support in the case of the non-installation of the sheet are provided.
