PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a skilled operation for cleaning a nozzle or the like by using a foamed beverage even in the case of post-pouring of fine and highly viscous foams and prevent an excessively foamed state even by an unskilled person. SOLUTION: When a first operation for a lever 18 is started, a valve stem 34 is moved backward in the axial direction through a second valve 42 seated on a second valve seat 38 in resistance to a first elastic member 28, and the first valve seat 26 is opened by a first valve 30 to pour a beer from a beer pouring nozzle 14 through a beer feed line 12. When a second operation for the lever 18 is started, a slider 20 is moved forward in the axial direction in resistance to a second elastic member 40 and separated away from the valve 34 seating the first valve 30 on a first valve seat 26, and the second valve seat 38 is opened by the second valve 42 to foam the beer from a liquid passage 32 in pores 36, and the foams thus provided are poured from a foam pouring nozzle 16 though a through-hole 22 formed on a sleeve 24.
