PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeder for safely and easily pumping up a liquid such as a kerosine from a drum can without staining hands and the periphery, feeding the liquid into a required container, being extremely simply operated. SOLUTION: A liquid feeder is constituted of a pumping-up pipe section 3a to be inserted into one upper opening h1 of a drum can 1 and suspending its lower end to the vicinity of a bottom section, a feed hose section 3b connected with the upper end of the pipe, passing through the outer section of the drum can 1 and to be suspended from the bottom section downward, a liquid take-out section 3 formed of a valve mechanism 3c provided just in front of the other opening of the feed hose section 3b and a liquid take-out section 3 constituted of a mounting section 3d for the upper opening h1 provided on a boundary between the pumping-up pipe section 3a and the feed hose section 3b and an air force feed section 4 formed of an L-shaped force fitting pipe section 4a and a screw member 4b fixed on the middle of the force fitting pipe section and can be mounted on an upper opening h2 of the drum can 1.
