PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heat seal head always press in parallel on a seal table without requiring special adjusting work. SOLUTION: A heat seal head is mounted on a head axis extended in parallel with a rotary axis on a seal table. One end of a head supporter is connected to a head driving means and the other end of the same is connected to the head axis. An elastic member always energizes the axis so that the heat seal head is pressed on the seal table rotatively and elastically with the head axis as a center. The head supporter is mounted with a clearance specific in size in relation to the head axis, and the seal head is supported by the head supporter able to rotate in a direction corresponding to the rotary direction centering around the long axis of a wrapper tape loop wound around a set of bills held on the table. |
