PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high quality (meth)acrylic acid ester having a cyclic skeleton with less impurity content in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for producing the (meth)acrylic acid ester having the cyclic skeleton is provided by reacting an alcohol expressed by the following formulae (1a), (1b), (1c), (1d), (1e), (1f) or (1g), wherein, R1 is methyl, hydroxyl or the like; R2 is H, methyl or the like; R3 is methyl or the like; (n) is 0-3 integer; (m) is 0-5 integer; the rings shown in the formulae are allowed to be bonded with oxo group, and having the cyclic skeleton with the (meth)acrylic acid or its reactive derivative to produce the corresponding (meth)acrylic acid ester, and comprises at least an adsorption process for subjecting the reaction product of the above reaction under an adsorption treatment with an adsorbing material.
