<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for treating waste including a foamed heat insulating material by using existing general purpose treating facilities. SOLUTION: The device for treating the waste is provided with a preshredder 23 and a car shedder 24 which general purpose shredding equipments for shredding waste such as a waste car and a waste domestic electrified appliance, a sorting treating device which has vibrating conveyors 25, 28, a magnetic selector 27 and a magnetic selecting drum 29, or the like, to which waste shredded by three shredding equipments is charged and is classified to iron, nonferrous metal and rubber duct, and a dust collector having cyclones 45, 48, a scrubber 49, or the like, connected with the shredding equipment. Further, a device for treating the foamed heat insulating material having a cyclon 35, a CFC 11 recovering device 37, or the like, is connected with the shredding equipment via a duct 33 for sucking the foamed heat insulating material.</p> |
