PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust part structure for an engine, capable of decreasing a space for arrangement while flexibility in terms of layout manner is improved. SOLUTION: A plurality of exhaust ports are formed in a cylinder head 19 of a multi-cylinder engine 3, a plurality of exhaust manifolds 29, 30 are connected to a plurality of these exhaust ports, an exhaust pipe 33 is connected to these exhaust manifolds 29, 30, each of the exhaust manifolds 29, 30 presents a double structure formed with a water jacket in the periphery of an exhaust passage, and a plurality of the exhaust manifolds 29, 30 have branching parts 29a, 30a made to branch to be connected to a plurality of the exhaust ports and collective parts 29b, 30b collecting the branching parts made to branch which are to be connected to the exhaust pipe 33.
