PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem in a auto-drip system for a flowing water detector used for sprinkler equipment that the increase in the number of parts and assembly processes raises the manufacturing cost in spite of having the advantage that the installation of a bypass pipe makes it easier to remove dirt which clogs up the auto-drip. SOLUTION: A valve body 10 has a check valve structure and is rotatably installed with a pin 12 provided on a main disc 11 as a shaft. The main disc 11 divides the inside of the valve body into a first side A and a second side B. On the second side B, a drain hole is drilled, which leads to a drain valve 30. On the flange 14 which contacts the main disc 11 on the second side a warning channel 15, which leads to the drain valve 30, is drilled.
