摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage method which has higher oxidation preventive effect than before and with which a copper surface is not oxidized even when stored for a long time as to the storage method of a copper-coated resin film which is a material for FPC or TAB tape having an active metal surface in relation to oxidation as a resin film coated with a copper layer by dry galvanizing such as vacuum meltallizing or sputtering. SOLUTION: A rolled copper-coated resin film is inserted in a flexible container made of a film having an air permeation proof characteristic. Simultaneously, an oxygen scavenger and a flexible bag made of a film having an air permeation proof characteristic enclosing an inert gas corresponding to the shape and the capacity of the inside space of the core tube of the resin film are inserted in the inside space of the core tube discharging air in the container. Then the inert gas is filled in the container and the gas in the container is discharged again. After this, the opening of the container is sealed for storage by thermocompression bonding or fusing.
