PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film, a container and a package which are excellent in gas-barrier property. SOLUTION: A high-barrier film, a high-barrier film package and a high- barrier container are produced by performing a sol-gel coating or a nanocomposite coating applied to the surfaces of the film and the container after a plasma processing is applied to the surfaces.
