PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-absorbing brush of having a strength for combing with soft surface, an water absorption property and a heat resisting property without much damage when brushing. SOLUTION: In this water-absorbing brush, hard segment is made of polyester, soft segment is made of polyalkylene oxide glycol, in which polyethylene glycol is used as its one of components, and a pin member, which is covered with polyether-ester elastomer, is used. It is desirable that a supporting body for the pin member is a fiber.
