PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved fixing structure for a temperature sensor for pickles storing device. SOLUTION: There is provided a pickles storing device comprising an inner container 10 constituting a storing chamber; a heater wound around an outer circumferential surface of the inner container 10 so as to mature foods in the storing chamber; a cooling system including a compressor and an evaporator 13 for storing the food in the storing chamber at a low temperature; a temperature sensor 11 for detecting a temperature of the storing chamber; and a control device for controlling the heater and the cooling system in response to a signal from the temperature sensor. A resilient member 20 for biasing the temperature sensor 11 toward the outer circumferential surface of the inner container 10 is installed in a notch of a sensor holder 12 into which the temperature sensor 11 is inserted and arranged so as to keep the closed contacted state of the temperature sensor 11.
