OILY DISPERSION OF BLUE PIGMENT FOR WRITING IMPLEMENTS INK AND WRITING IMPLEMENTS OILY INK OF BLUE PIGMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an oily dispersion of blue pigment for writing implements ink as is usable for preparing a writing implements oily ink of blue pigment which has a good writing ability with no light handwriting and no patchiness and has an excellent time stability with no viscosity increase of the ink and no aggregation of the pigment. SOLUTION: The oily dispersion of blue pigment for writing implements ink contains an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of alcohols and alcohol ethers, a pigment dispersing resin dissolved in the above organic solvent, and a blue pigment of C.I.Pigment blue 15:6 which is dispersed in the above organic solvent, with the blue pigment having an average particle diameter of 50-300 nm and with the blue pigment having a content of particles of a diameter of 1μm or larger of 10 wt.% or less.
