PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an invalid sheath and to improve an amusement property of a robot device. SOLUTION: A predetermined authenticating pattern is arranged in the sheath, while an authenticating means authenticating the sheath according to the authenticating pattern of the mounted sheath is arranged in the robot device. An information holding means holding specific information is provided in the sheath while a reading means reading the specific information from the information holding means is arranged in the robot device. In addition, a function detecting an influence amount of the sheath and changing an action expressing pattern on the basis of the detection result if necessary is installed to the robot device.
