PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier for slurry treated material enabling a continuous drying operation which is excellent in stability and heat efficiency. SOLUTION: This drier for slurry treated material is provided with a drying roll 14 which has a heating means (band heater 14E) and is connected with driving source 18, a liquid extending roll 12 which has a roll surface which is brought into contact with a roll surface of the drying roll 14 and rotates in accordance with the drying roll 14 and a treating vessel 16 for retaining the slurry so as to allow the same to contact with the surface of the liquid extending roll 12.
