PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an inexpensive four-way selector valve switchable with a high pressure difference even in the use of a small solenoid coil. SOLUTION: This four-way selector valve comprises a valve box 22 consisting of a cylinder 27 having main valve seat 28 fixed to the lower part, a lid 29 fixed to the upper part, and a cylindrical bulkhead 30 fixed to the inner part; a main valve element 23 rotatably provided in contact with the cylindrical part inner surface of the bulkhead 30 and the main valve seat 28, and having a communicating groove 38 selectively allowing a low-pressure conduit 31 provided on the main valve seat 28. to one of two conduits 33 and 34 in the lower part and a cylindrical part having a hole 37 for housing a sub-valve element 24 and a communicating hole 40 allowing the hole 37 to communicate with the communicating groove 38 in the upper part; the sub-valve element 24 housed in the hole, 37 in such a manner as to be capable of opening and closing a sub-valve seat 39 provided on the communicating hole 40; a movable iron core 25 formed into a cup shape having a disc having the sub-valve element 24 fixed to one end, and having a permanent magnet, 26 provided on the circumference and a drive force transmitting means provided in the space with the main valve element 23; and a drive means for rotating the main valve element 23.
