PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for laminated glass excellent in the fundamental properties such as transparency, weatherability, impact energy absorptivity and adhesiveness to glass, capable of preventing the TL value from being lowered due to the coincidence effect without deteriorating the moldability and handleability as the film for laminated glass and stably exhibiting an excellent noise insulating property in a wide temperature range for a long period, and to provide the laminated glass. SOLUTION: This intermediate film for laminated glass consists of a plasticized polyvinyl acetal resin containing polyvinyl acetal resin and plasticizer. When the content of the plasticizer at the central part of the intermediate film in its thickness direction is denoted by A pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyvinyl acetal resin and that of the plasticizer in the intermediate film at the central part in the thickness direction after the intermediate film is held between the glass sheets to form laminated glass by B pts.wt., B-A>=5.
