PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and enhance forward visibility in a piping device for cargo handling applied to a mast device such as a full free mast installed on a cargo handling vehicle such as a fork lift. SOLUTION: The piping device is constituted of an outer mast 2, an inner mast 3, lift cylinders 4 and helical hoses 5. The helical hoses 5 are provided which especially present a helical shape and are fitted on the lift cylinders 4 expandably/shrinkably. One end of each of the helical hoses 5 is fixed to the outer mast 2 and the other end is fixed to the inner mast 3.
