PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently lay a linear body such as an optical cable or the like which requires measurement for laying length and is inevitably twisted during laying. SOLUTION: A turntable 5 is provided on a load-carrying platform of a truck 1, a drum jack 6, a walking measure 8 are provided on the turntable 5, the delivery length of the linear body (optical cable A in the drawing) delivered from a drum 31 is measured by the walking measure 8, and a twist caused in the optical cable A is untwisted by rotating the turntable 5.
