PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film bag for storing fresh flowers which can easily fit and fix the film bag, suitably store fresh flowers, prevent the hindrance of opening other film bags even when fresh flowers are continuously stored in the film bag, and improve the working efficiency, and an opening device thereof. SOLUTION: A through hole 52 of the film bag 50 is hooked to an L-shaped projection 22 of a film bag suspension mechanism 2, and a portion in the vicinity of an end 56 of the film bag 50 is held and fixed by a film bag fixing part 11 by a predetermined operation of an operation lever 16. The film bag 50 is wavy in the vicinity of an opening part 51 due to a plurality of small holes 53 provided in the horizontal direction of the through hole 52, and the opening part 51 is easily opened, and the air of the predetermined volume is fed into the film bag 50 through a blower part 14 to a duct part 13 to open the film bag. In this condition, fresh flowers are inserted from a fresh flower introducing part 12. When the insertion of the fresh flowers is completed, the film bag 50 with the fresh flowers stored therein is separated from a perforation 54 of the film bag 50.
