PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for taking out wrinkles, especially reverse wrinkles 91 easily and without damaging, which generate at the tip 13 of a cover hook after seaming. SOLUTION: A fixing means 60 fixing a can 100 and a cutting means 50 cutting the tip of the seaming part of the fixed can to a space between the inside 15 of the turning-back part of the body hook 4 of the can and the tip 13 of the cover hook, are provided.
