PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine wherein an excellent appearance is indicated by excellently fixing a surface treated sheet to a mold, and a molded product to which surface treatment is applied is efficiently molded. SOLUTION: A suction groove 14b is equipped to all periphery along a bottom part of a molded recessed part 14a provided to a fixed mold 14, a sticking sheet S is fixed by adsorption to the suction groove 14b, and molten resin is injected from an injection gate 20 between the sticking sheet S and a transfer film F supplied along an opposed contact surface of a movable mold 15.
