PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a structure having an inside space capable of climbing inside and outside scaffoldings by the common lifting and lowering device of the inside and outside scaffoldings when the structure having the inside space is constructed, decreasing the number of the lifting and lowering devices and reducing a climbing operation time. SOLUTION: The inside scaffolding 1 and the outside scaffolding 2 are provided on a building frame K having the inside space intended to be constructed respectively, mutually connected by a connecting member 2c, a wheel 3 provided on the outside scaffolding 2 is contacted on the outer face of the building frame K, the vertical load of all the scaffoldings 1, 2 is supported by a reaction force receiver 6a provided on the inside face of the building frame K, the lifting and lowering device 5 provided on the inside scaffolding 1 is expanded to climb the outside scaffolding 2 up to a prescribed position, next, the wheel 3 provided on the inside scaffolding 1 is contacted on the inner face of the building frame K, the vertical load of all the scaffoldings 1, 2 is supported by the reaction force receiver 6b provided on the outside face of the building frame K, the lifting and lowering device 5 is contracted to climb the inside scaffolding 1 up to the prescribed position, and the operation is repeated to construct the structure having the inside space.
