PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning system for a hemodialyzer by which dialysis liquid supplying and discharging paths can be ultrasonically and automatically cleaned. SOLUTION: The cleaning system of dialysis liquid supplying and discharging paths in a hemodialyzer having removable couplers in a hemodialyzing element is provided with an ultrasonic cleaning device which receives at least the couplers of the dialysis liquid supplying and discharging paths detached from the homodialysing element, a cleaning liquid supplying device which supplies a cleaning liquid to the ultrasonic cleaning device and an automatic controlling mechanism for ultrasonic cleaning which controls the cleaning liquid supply to the ultrasonic cleaning device and the cleaning liquid discharge from the ultrasonic cleaning device.
