PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-raising mechanism for a low temperature apparatus covered with a cold insulation material in which temperature of the apparatus is raised by a heater attached thereto, but still in a space-saving manner for maintenance and installation of the heater. SOLUTION: In a low temperature apparatus holding a main body 1 for heat exchange in a device 10 surrounded with a cold insulation material 4 on its outside, a hollow protection tube 2 is inserted from the surface side of the insulation material 4 along the side face of the heat exchanger main body. A heater is housed in a manner to be freely taken out in the protection tube 2 in facing to the heart exchanger main body through the protection tube.
