PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise printing using a screen printer while moving a flat bar member continuously. SOLUTION: A plurality of conveying racks 6 on which the flat bar member is placed, are mounted, at an equal interval, on a chain member 5 wound and hooked around a pair of rotors. Further, a supply part 2 which supplies the flat bar member to the conveying racks is installed on the downstream side of a direction in which the linear running part of the chain members runs and a delivery part 3 which delivers the flat bar member present on the conveying racks is installed on the upstream side of the direction in which the linear running part runs. In addition, in the linear running part of the chain member 5, screen printers 9a, 9b which screen-print ink on the surface of the flat bar member present on the conveying racks 6, are mounted in the direction in which the chain member 5 runs, so that the screen printers 9a, 9b are actuated interlocked with the running velocity of the chain member.
