PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot system provided with simplified device constitution for all equipment of an image processing function and to provide its usage. SOLUTION: The robot system is provided with a photographing means 20 mounted in a proper position in a robot body 10, an image display means 30, an instructing means 40, and a robot controller 50 with an image processing function. The image display means 30 and the instructing means 40 are integrated together, and an image taken by the photographing means 20 is displayed in the image display means 30 via the robot controller 50 with an image processing function. Using the photographed image, a three-dimensional position of a characteristic point in a workpiece W is measured, for example.
