PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-precision photographing by installing a camera in the airframe of a helicopter, photographing an object through the bottom hole of the airframe, making the camera tiltable and rotatable, and freely changing the attitudes of a finder screen and the screen of the photographing camera relative to the helicopter airframe. SOLUTION: A photographing hole is bored on the airframe bottom of the helicopter, the photographing camera is installed in the airframe and supported rotatably and/or tiltably, and a finder camera FC is supported rotatably by an operation handle 38. The operation handle 38 is rotated to the direction of the desired object against a television screen while observing the image displayed on a monitor television after receiving the image signal from the finder camera FC, the rotation angle of the operation handle 38 is read, and the axis of the photographing camera is rotated at the same angle as this rotation angle.
