PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wipe the back of a screen with the use of a wiping material which can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: As a material for wiping the back of the screen, a resin plate 51 having holes 53 is used. The holes 53 are formed by the exposure/ development of the resin plate 51. By pushing the resin plate 52 to the back of the screen, ink left on the back of the screen enters the holes 53 to clean the screen. The resin plate 51 can be used repeatedly by cleaning/drying it.
