PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for a fishing pole which enables the quick grip of a handle and can be carried even under an impromptu situation by improving the gripping easiness of the handle. SOLUTION: This case for a fishing pole in which the handle is fixed on the case body and the handle possesses a holding part formed in a gate-like form in such a way as to be able to maintain a prescribed space between the handle and the case body has the following means for solution: the handle is provided with a flexible tubular body both ends of which are fixed on the case body; and a gate-like core is internally installed in the tubular body to form the holding part.
