摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording material with photo-like high luster, high ink absorbing properties and improved storing properties. SOLUTION: In the ink-jet recording material provided with an ink receiving layer containing mainly a silica prepared by a gas phase method on a substrate, the ink-jet recording material is incorporated with a compound 1 of the below described formula 1 in the ink receiving layer (wherein R is a substitutable group except hydroxyl group and m is 0 or 1 and n is an integer of 0, 1, 2 or 3).
