PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetating float having buoyancy in itself and capable of being implanted with plants. SOLUTION: This vegetating float is obtained by combining and stacking stringy formed plastics having closed cells with a cotton-like material to a given thickness and fixedly wrapping the resultant stack with a net. |
