PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor arranged with a flywheel below the engine to lower the center of gravity, arranged with an oil pan on an outboard motor main body casing, and having the good mounting property of the engine. SOLUTION: An engine mount case 4 is provided above the outboard motor rocked around a tilt shaft 16, and an engine block 20 having a crankshaft 9 directed in the vertical direction is mounted on the engine mount case 4. The flywheel 58 is connected to the lower end of the crankshaft 9 between the engine block 20 and the engine mount case 4, and the oil pan 77 is provided below the engine mount case 4 in this outboard motor. |
