METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WEIGHT FOR DYNAMIC DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a weight which has been conventionally molded with casting. SOLUTION: A first layer plate material 5 cut into a predetermined shape with press molding, a second layer plate material 6 and a third layer plate material 7 are laminated in vertical. The first layer plate material 5 is separated into right and left parts to form an escape space in the middle. The first plate material 5 and the third layer plate material 7 are provided with respective projections which are put in contact with the second layer plate material 6 as an intermediate layer. All is integrated by projection welding to obtain the weight 1 of a preset weight.
