PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating waterproof structure of a metal roof, in which perfect waterproofness can be obtained and which can be constructed efficiently. SOLUTION: A metallic female screw member 21 is welded and fixed onto a metallic roof plate 4. A heat-insulating material 12 is arranged onto the roof plate 4, and a sheet joining plate 13 is arranged on the heat-insulating material. A male screw member 22 is penetrated to the sheet joining plate 13 and the heat-insulating material 12 and screwed to the female screw member 21, and the heat-insulating material 12 is pressed down and fixed through the sheet joining plate 13 by the male screw member 21. A waterproof sheet 15 is stretched on the heat-insulating material 12 and the sheet joining plate 13, and the required sections of the waterproof sheet 15 are joined and unified with the sheet joining plate 13.
