FLUID TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the plasma generation efficiency and to efficiently perform the detoxification of a harmful substance or the conversion thereof to a useful substance, in a method for treating a chemical substance fluid containing a harmful substance using high frequency pulse plasma. SOLUTION: The chemical reaction (decomposition reaction and/or synthetic reaction) of a chemical substance fluid is accelerated by plasma treatement applying a pulse voltage of 100 V-50 kV to perform high frequency plasma discharge with a frequency of 1 KPPS (1 kHz)-500 KPPS (500 kHz).
