PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely decompose a packaging box when it is disposed of and to improve scuff resistance. SOLUTION: The packaging box is formed by folding a packaging material comprising paper laminated with a degradable laminate material made of a poly lactic acid polymer film. A part to be a window is cut on the paper, and the window is covered with the poly lactic acid polymer film to be laminated on the paper. In addition, the polymer film covering the window in a right- angled state is stuck to the window over a corner, and the window is bent at the right angle at a border between respective sides. An embossed part is further provided.
