PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for a soft member capable of heightening the reliability of holding a cut soft member. SOLUTION: This feeder is provided with a die cutting device 12 for die- cutting a soft tape W0 formed by a soft material, a pressure sensitive adhesive adhering to the surface of the soft material, and a cover sheet for covering the pressure sensitive adhesive with the cover sheet W1 left undone, a separating device 30 for separating an unnecessary soft material W3 from the cover sheet with the soft member W2 die-cut by the die cutting device 12, transport mechanisms 22, 23 for transporting the soft member W2 from which the unnecessary part W3 is separated by the separating device 30 to be left behind on the cover sheet, and a partial separating device 110 for separating a part of a contacting portion between the soft member left behind on the cover sheet and the cover sheet.
