POLAR SOLVENT-TYPE EMULSION IN OIL AND COMPOSITE EMULSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain (i) a polar solvent-type emulsion in an oil PS1/O, (ii) a polar solvent-type composite emulsion in water and an oil PS1/O/W and (iii) a polar solvent-type composite emulsion in a polar solvent and an oil PS1/O/PS. SOLUTION: This emulsion is obtained by using an emulsifying agent which is a crosslinked elastomeric silicone polyether forming a mutually crosslinked polymeric molecule forming a gel composed of three-dimensional molecular polymer network structure containing a crosslinked unit between polymer molecules and the crosslinked elastomeric silicone polyether is swelled by including 65-98 wt.% of a silicone oil.
