PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Roentgen diagnostic system having the relatively simple and compact constitution, having a support without an inconvenient stand part under an examination table in relation to the examination table and being provided with a stand rotated by accompanying a virtual isocenter maintained in a vertical directional side position in two directions by 90 deg. from a position adjusted to a head. SOLUTION: An arm unit is composed of at least two arms installed on different planes. Free end parts of these arms are mutually rotatably joined with the vertical directional axis as the center. The length of the arms is set so that a curved support is rotated by the arms with an intersection formed when crossing a center line of an examination table as the center in a stand for adjusting the center of a center radioactive ray to a head part in relation to an interval between a position of the vertical directional axis of a pedestal, the rotational axis of a column and the center radioactive ray on an X-ray tube and a receptor.
