PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wire harness distributing structure reducing the distribution space of wire harness distributed along a structural member, and dispensing with a protective member or the like to facilitate distribution work. SOLUTION: In this wire harness distributing structure, a pair of branch box 20 and branch box 30 provided at wire harness 14, 17 distributed on the surface 11a side and back face 11b side of a strip wall part 11 of a reinforcement 10, are fitted and connected to each other through a through hole 15 opened in the strip wall part 11, to electrically connect the wire harness 14 and wire harness 17.
